We offer mental health services to include:

*psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy services to promote wellness across the spectrum of mental health diagnoses.

* Ketamine therapy for treatment resistant depression and other mental health conditions.

* We plan to offer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatments in the near future.

* We specialize in the evaluation and treatment of neurocognitive disorders, including all stages and types of Dementias.

Do you accept insurance?

We currently do not accept insurance, but we are in process of contracting with multiple insurance providers and anticipate that we will be accepting insurance by April on 2022.

Our services are currently private pay and must be paid up front at time of service.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Fee reductions and payment plans may apply. Inquire at time of appointment.

We may be able to provide a super bill that you may present to your insurance carrier for reimbursement consideration. There is no guarantee that they will reimburse you for cost of care. Some medical expenses may be tax deductible.

Do You provide telehealth services?

No. Due to the nature of our services, we require in person assessments and treatments.

Do you offer pain management or substance use treatment

We do not provide substance use treatment or pain management services at this clinic at this time. Provider is MAT certified and may choose to offer these services in the future.

What age groups do you serve

*We welcome all adults of any age > 18. Our specialty is older adults 50 +.

We also do not discriminate based on age, race, sexual or gender identity, socioeconomic status or disability.

Do you offer discounts?

Discounts on private pay services are available for veterans, active service members, essential health care workers, fire and police. inquire at appointment.
